Outcomes is the highly valued member magazine of Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA), an alliance of mission-focused Christians who lead today’s high-impact Christian nonprofit ministries, churches, educational institutions and businesses. Each edition of Outcomes offers higher thinking from thought leaders dedicated to strengthening these organization’s effectiveness.
The purpose of Outcomes magazine is to help fulfill CLA’s mission to equip and unite leaders to transform the world for Christ. Outcomes content themes include – executive leadership, resource development, financial management, board governance, people management and care, marketing and communications, Internet and technology and legal and tax issues. Outcomes provides both biblically-based perspectives, and insights on innovations and trends impacting today’s Christian leaders and organizations.
W. Scott Brown is the Editor-In-Chief of Outcomes magazine. He also serves as Vice President for Leadership Experiences and Resources forChristian Leadership Alliance (CLA), and editor of CLA’s eNewsletter Outcomes Online. He has been with CLA for nearly 10 years, having previously served in leadership for a national business association and as an adviser to members of the U.S. Congress. He serves on nonprofit and church boards, and is passionate about the kingdom work of CLA member organizations. Scott has a M.A. in Communications: Journalism/Public Affairs from The American University, a M.A. in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College, and a B.S. from Liberty University.
